Old habits trying to maintain

Daily habits I'm trying to maintain

Treadmill - 2Xs - 1 hour each
Keyboard (piano) practice - 30 minutes
Luminosity - a training set on 3 different devices
Duolingo - at least 2 lessons
WII - 30 minutes (in training section)

Some of the things I've learned from James Clear's 'Atomic Habits'

Make good habits easy
     Automate choices
     Reduce friction
     Decrease steps
     Downsize habits / optimaze moments
          2 minute rule
                create habits that can be done in 2 minutes or less

New start - new lesson

Just decided that one of my problems is that I was trying to create a new blog site on my phone. Still meshed up (and not just linking with) another one of my blogs (that I hope to keep going). Hopefully my learning curve will improve!!
